Premium may be marketed as “unlimited email storage” only with this policy adjacent to the claim. It means there is no fixed message-count quota for ordinary personal mail use. It does not permit bulk archival ingestion unrelated to mail, automated list hosting, cold-storage resale, spam operations, abusive attachment distribution or activity that threatens the service.

Capacity controls

PlugMail may rate-limit abnormal ingestion, require a technical review, offer an export window or move an account to a dedicated plan when usage materially exceeds normal personal mailbox patterns. Existing mail is not silently discarded because of a commercial threshold.

Abuse controls

Outbound volume, recipient complaint rate, bounce rate and account age remain limited separately from storage. “Unlimited storage” never means unlimited sending.
